Hi, I’m Kylie

I’m a registered dietitian and I specialize in helping people who suffer from gut disorders and autoimmune diseases. I help you find answers that will bring healing relief and health solutions. For good. I use an integrative and functional approach in my work, which is just a fancy way of saying: We’re going to decide what changes to make together by looking at the whole picture, searching for root causes, and listening. Yup, actually listening to what you’re telling me you are experiencing. So novel isn’t it!?

What it will look like to start getting answers:

Step 1.

Grab a spot on the schedule.

This is a no-commitment opportunity for us to chat. I can gain a really good understanding about what you are working with, and you can learn more about what I can do for you.

Step 2.

Identify root causes.

If we decide we’re a good fit to work together, we start the process right away! Using functional testing, we will start to ID some potential root causes of your concerns.

Step 3.

Organize a plan.

Once we have a good idea of where we want to put our time and energy, we organize how we will start making changes, improve your gut health, lower inflammation, and restore a healthy relationship with food.
