Maybe you feel sick, maybe you’re in physical pain.
Maybe you’re frustrated because everything you used to do to keep yourself healthy isn’t working anymore.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed because you can’t figure out what the path forward looks like for you when it comes to nutrition and movement.
Maybe it’s your gut health, maybe you’re losing muscle mass…
What you DO know is this: You’re tired of doing things on your own and are ready for support, guidance, and a new set of tools.
Hi, I’m Kylie
I’m an integrative and functional registered dietitian in Washington, DC and I specialize in gut health and muscle optimization. When you get your gut and muscle health dialed in, you provide yourself with a foundation for longterm, vibrant health.
I use an integrative and functional approach in my work, which is just a fancy way of saying: We’re going to decide what changes to make together by looking at the whole picture, searching for root causes, and listening. Yup, actually listening to what you’re telling me you are experiencing. So novel, isn’t it!?
My purpose is to guide you.
I want you to feel understood. I want you to be seen. I want you to know that the way you’ve been feeling is not okay. There is space here for you to heal. There is room for you to optimize.
We manipulate the food, your body will do the rest.
