If you are like many of my clients, you aren’t totally in the dark about what is important for you health.  You know that you need to eat fruits and vegetables.  You know that protein is really important.  Too much sugar – you know it’s inflammatory.

Blah blah blah. You get it.

In my experience, people have the hardest time taking the information they already know and APPLYING it in their real lives.  THIS is where people start to feel stuck and therefore, make zero changes.  This is where something needs to happen to interrupt the cycle.
